What is private service? 

Private service is the utilization of external resources to complete tasks that have been allocated or assigned to you. This can include personal and home tasks or, when appropriate, office related chores and errands.   

Who does BPS serve? 

Bespoke Private Service specializes in serving individuals and families, although if you have questions regarding alternate options, feel free to contact us. 

Is BPS a butler service? 

Not exactly. Although BPS does many of the tasks that a butler would take on, our team is not live-in or even on-site daily (unless otherwise specified in an individual contract). 

What areas does BPS service? 

BPS focuses on serving the San Francisco Bay Area, although through external project management we can take on tasks for pre-existing clients in other areas or at second homes.

What is your communication style? 

BPS has translated the Carnegie method of presentation, in which you "tell the audience what you're going to say, say it; then tell them what you've said," into the world of action. Our translated message is this, "tell the client what you're going to do, do it; then tell them what you've done." We strongly believe in keeping the lines of communication open and reiterating intention along the way, to keep our actions and our clients' intentions in line and on-track.

What is the difference between Bespoke Private Service and a personal assistant? 

For work within the home, Bespoke Private Service, as an established estate management company, has access to a network of external contractors that personal assistants do not. Also, BPS does not offer schedule coordination and maintenance.
