Let us walk with you

Looking for the right role is hard. We know, because we have been on your side of it.

Searching in private service carries its own weight. Postings are scarce, processes go quiet, and discretion means you can rarely speak openly about your search, especially while employed. Members of our team have worked in private homes themselves, and we have not forgotten what that feels like.

What we offer is simple: honesty at every step, and support the whole way through. When we present you for a role, you will know why we think it fits. When a household passes, we will tell you. Your search stays confidential, including from your current employer.

We take time to understand your experience, your standards, and what you want your career to become. Many of our searches are conducted privately, so registering with us opens doors a job board cannot.

Making Your Resume Stand Out

A resume is more than a list of what you have done; it is your first impression, and it deserves to be made well. We read hundreds of resumes for every role we fill, and we read them with care. Here are the things that make a candidate stand out.

Account for your full history.

List your current and previous positions with dates, complete and in order. In private service, unexplained gaps raise questions that a simple explanation would settle, and families place enormous weight on a clear, verifiable record. Completeness reads as trustworthiness.

Make it flawless, and make it yours.

Typos and grammatical errors suggest a lack of care, which is the one thing no private-service resume can afford. Proofread, then have someone else proofread. AI is a helpful tool, but we and our clients can spot AI-generated language, and it works against you. A plainly written resume that sounds like a human will always beat a polished one that sounds like a template.

Lead with what you accomplished.

Duties tell us what the role was; accomplishments tell us who you are in it. Rather than "managed household staff," tell us what changed under your management. Where you have numbers, use them: the size of the properties, the team you led, the budget you oversaw, the events you executed. Metrics turn claims into evidence.

Show the full breadth of your qualifications.

Include your education, certifications from credible institutions, and the technical skills this profession increasingly demands: the platforms and tools you use, the home systems you know, and every language you speak. These details often decide between two otherwise similar candidates, so do not leave them off out of modesty.
